Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

Last updated: October 6, 2026

Everything about how your CRM Openly subscription is billed, how to cancel and how refunds work.

Free trial

New verified accounts receive a one-time seven-day trial. No credit card is required, and the trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. You explicitly choose whether to subscribe.

If you choose to subscribe early, the original trial expiry is preserved rather than starting a new trial or taking away remaining free days. Subscription checkout is unavailable during the last 48 hours of the trial; you can subscribe once the trial ends.

Subscription pricing

The CRM Openly plan is $39 USD per month for one login across its businesses, with up to 50 active crew members in total. The price and billing interval shown at checkout apply to your subscription.

After you explicitly subscribe, paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. Complimentary access may be granted at our discretion; complimentary accounts are not charged. CRM Openly subscriptions are separate from OpenlyPro and other Openly product memberships.

How to cancel

Cancel any time through Billing in CRM Openly and the customer billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. You keep paid access until then, and your subscription will not renew after that period.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails after a successful paid period, the billing provider may retry it automatically. CRM Openly provides a seven-day renewal grace window. If payment is not resolved, paid features may pause until billing is updated. A failed first subscription payment does not grant paid access or a renewal grace period.

Your data is not deleted solely because a renewal payment failed. Client estimate and invoice links are not blocked by subscription status; back-office changes and worker job actions may pause when paid access ends.

Refunds

Charges are generally non-refundable when a free trial or clear purchase review was provided. We review refund requests case by case. If you were charged in error or something went wrong, email bill@earydigital.com within 14 days of the charge so we can review it.

Customer payments are separate

These terms cover your CRM Openly subscription only. Payments your customers make through PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or other connected providers are entirely between you, your customer and that provider—including provider fees, disputes and refunds.
