CRM OPENLY / LEGAL
Terms of Service
Last updated: October 6, 2026
By creating an account or using CRM Openly, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One login may manage multiple separate businesses.
CRM Openly offers a one-time seven-day trial without a card or automatic billing. Continued use of paid features after the trial requires an active subscription unless your account has been granted complimentary access. The $39 USD monthly plan covers your login across its businesses and up to 50 active crew members in total.
Your content
You own the content you upload, including business names, logos, client and crew details, documents, photos, notes, links and messages. You grant CRM Openly a limited license to display and process that content solely to operate the service for you.
You represent that you have the right to use the content you upload and permission to share personal information and send communications. Keep client and worker links private and share only with intended recipients.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use CRM Openly for unlawful goods or services, to misrepresent your identity or a recipient, to harass or spam customers or workers, or to interfere with the service. We may pause or remove accounts that violate these rules or that a connected provider flags.
What CRM Openly is—and is not
CRM Openly provides focused business tools. Customer invoice payment links connect you to external payment providers. We are not a payment processor, bank or money transmitter for those customer payments. We never hold, route or settle those funds. Each transaction is between you, your customer and the provider under that provider’s terms and fees.
Your CRM subscription is separate from your customer payments and from OpenlyPro or other Openly memberships. Stripe handles CRM subscription billing.
Service limitations
The service is provided “as is.” We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRM Openly and EaryDigital are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or disputes between you and your customers, crew or connected providers.
Ending your account
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
When paid access ends, back-office changes and worker job actions may pause. Client estimate and invoice links are not gated by subscription status. Ending or deleting an account can affect its records and links. See Billing, Cancellation & Refunds for payment and cancellation details.
